69’ VW squareback - but you won't believe it the way she drives! Installed 72 engine, new dual carburetors, amp to plug in any portable audio device to the speakers. We are the third owners (according to legend) – the car was discovered in a garage with a fully rusted out tank by our predecessor, he did a lot of work to the car and got it running great and looking good. In the years we’ve had it, we replaced the original engine with one from a solid 72, and replaced the fuel injection with the carbs. We’ve done some other maintenance, like replacing the speedometer, the fuel float and other little goodies that make the car nicer. We’d love to keep her, but need to sell unfortunately. We have a great mechanic in Brooklyn (will share the number whether you buy the car or not). Asking for $3000, price negotiable for caring owners. For sale immediately.
