drove this car daily for about 6 months. i just purchased a new subaru so and my college bills are pileing up so i gotta sell my baby. 1966 vw fastback. 1641 stock dual solex cars rebuilt by Art at ace engineering new jugs rebuilt stock heads by Art at ace engineering. ported too optima yellowtop theddb.com alternator kit. 60 amp i believe. new empi distributor empi electronic ignition kit new fuel line installed by bugcraft fuel tank has been removed. cleaned and coated inside new fuel sending unit tins powdercoated black empi header stinger exhaust dynoed and tuned by Art at ace engineering made 55 hp and 83 ft lbs of torque very little rust por15 coated pan has authentic german roof rack with old luggage popout windows new 145 65 15 front tires with porta inserts 145 15 rear tires with porta inserts sandblasted and powder coated black stock wheels extra front passenger fender extra hood extra passenger rear quarter 4 stock style chrome wheels 2 good 165 15 tires 1 brand new 165 15 tire 1 very used 165 15 tire dropped 2 splines in front 1 spline in back also have a 6 inch narrowed beam built by me brand new cb performance link pin drop spindles new spindle carriers and bushings all powder coated black pioneer deck with auxillery input 260 rms amp powering 2 6.5 inch 2 way memphis audio fronts and 6x9 2 way memphis audio rears. sounds really good even with a ipod or zune hooked up interior is stripped right now. i have brand new door panels and carpet new in box front seats and headliner is ripped just needs headliner and seat covers drives perfect. i drove it daily for the past 6 months. i am being forced to sell it bc of college and fund issues. i am really unsure what it is worth so please make me some realistic offers. if you have any questions it would be best to get a hold of me at down2earths10@gmail.com here is a link to my samba add with the pics. http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=597884 thanks
