VW Volkswagen Squareback Type 3 III Turn Signal Chome

Up for auction is almost a full set of signals for your Type 3. These were for an unfinished Squareback project that was sold. They may work for Variant, Notchback, or Fastback, but I don't know. The red rear lenses are in good condition, but not great. There are some cracks only on the inside that can be seen when looking throught the lense. These are not concourse, but good daily drivers. There is only ONE chrome base for the one of the rear lights. This chrome that is exposed when it is installed in the car is EXCELLENT. It's hard to believe this is an original part. There are no gaskets for the rear chrome base or lens. The inside where the lights go these is some signs of oxidation, but will not affect the operation. The three rubber boots covering the connector are there but each has a small crack, but still stay in place properly. The two front lights are very good. Only defect is that one of the lenses is darker than the other. One is a little more orangish and one is a little more yellowish. The Chrome bases for both of the front lights is VERY GOOD. I would say this is the closest to NOS you can find without being there. All I can say is other than a couple of very, very small pits, the Chrome looks REALLY, REALLY good. The fronts have the round rubber gaskets, but there are two small cracks in each of the two, but they are both useable. And just to top it all off, I've thrown in an original rear "VOLKSWAGEN" emblem. It has all three mounting tabs on back, but only two of the metal nuts to mount with. I would say the chrome is a 7-8 out of ten and needs to be polished, but overall looks good. Also remember that this will be shipped at the Flat Rate of $7.70. USPS Priority Mail.
