Only one pair of injectors will fire at a time with this test. To
test the other pair, you need to rotate the distributor 180 degrees
and try it again. If the injector fires then, check the ignition; if
not, you may need to replace the injector. I've never seen an
injector fail completely like this.
You should also check the resistance of each SP wire from the dist
cap to the SP connector. It's fairly common for the resistor in the
SP connector to go open. This is MUCH more common than an injector
failure.
SP connectors can be replaced individually, you don't have to replace
the whole harness. The connector just screws into the wire.
